Terms of Service
Effective as of: September 2, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Veillant (enkeltmandsvirksomhed, CVR 46669207, Rødovre Port 52, 5. 1., 2610 Rødovre, Denmark), which operates the service called Coivre (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You are buying as a private person. These Terms are written for a consumer. Nothing in them removes or reduces the rights Danish and EU consumer law gives you, and wherever anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
1. What the Service does, and what it does not
Coivre reads published job advertisements, filters them against rules you set, evaluates them with an AI model, drafts application emails, tailors your CV for a specific posting and prepares you for interviews.
It can also apply for you, if you unlock that and choose to use it. Automatic applying is part of the paid plans and works only on the everyday, high-volume kind of search; applications for career roles are always yours to read and send. It starts locked, and it unlocks only after enough of your own decisions about postings have agreed with the Service's own filter. Reaching that point takes real use, and you may never reach it; until you do, every application is a letter you read and send yourself.
When it is unlocked and you start a run, the Service drafts and sends applications in your name without you reading each letter. A run is bounded: a fixed maximum number of applications per run, a daily sending limit, and a working-hours window, so applications leave on working mornings and never at night or over a weekend. Nothing runs on a schedule: an automatic run happens only when you start one, and it stops happening the moment you stop starting them. There is no state in which the Service applies without you having set that in motion.
What it never does. It does not fill in employers' application forms: a posting that only accepts applications through the employer's own portal is never applied to automatically, and you get the link instead. It does not promise you interviews or a job. What it offers is a cheaper search and better-prepared applications, and we would rather say that plainly than imply more.
Sending an application by email requires a connected sending domain. Until one is connected the Service refuses to send, automatically or otherwise, and tells you so.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to enter into this agreement. You sign in with Google; keep that account secure, because anyone who controls it controls yours. Give us accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. You may not share your account or resell access to it.
3. Your use of the Service
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law, or to harass, deceive or spam anybody;
- use it to flood employers: sending volumes of applications intended to overwhelm rather than to genuinely apply for the job offered;
- upload material about other people that you have no right to use;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or work around the limits of the Service;
- use it to build a competing product, or to harvest contact details for any purpose other than applying to the job the advertisement offers.
What you send is yours. You are responsible for the applications that leave the Service in your name, including anything you edited before sending and including letters that automatic applying sent without you reading them: unlocking it and starting a run is your decision, and what a run sends counts as sent by you. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the CV document you give us to work from, because it is the source of every claim made about you.
4. Your 14-day right to change your mind
Because you are buying as a private person, Danish consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days, counted from the day the agreement was made. You do not have to give a reason. To use it, tell us in a clear statement, by email to maximiliano.dumont@gmail.com, before the 14 days are up. A plain sentence is enough; there is no form to fill in.
If you asked us to start straight away. A paid plan starts working the moment you buy it, and you have to ask for that. Asking for it does not take your 14 days away. What it means is that if you then withdraw, we may charge you for the part of the service you already had, in proportion to the whole period, and no more. If we never told you about this right, you owe nothing for it.
What we refund. Anything beyond that proportion comes back to you, by the same payment method, within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal.
After the 14 days you can still cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are already in, except where Section 11 gives you that refund because we changed the deal.
5. Plans, prices and renewals
All prices shown include Danish VAT. The price you see is the price you pay. A plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it, and each plan includes a stated number of AI runs per month. An AI run is one call to the model: an evaluation, a drafted email, a tailored CV, an interview preparation or a card enrichment. Letters drafted by automatic applying spend from the same monthly allowance as everything else.
When the allowance runs out the AI features stop until the next month begins or you move to a plan with more. Nothing is charged per extra run: there is no overage and no surprise invoice. The rest of the Service, including everything already produced, keeps working.
Changing plan. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card number. Today the Service runs in Stripe's test mode, so no real payment is possible.
6. Your content and ours
Everything you put into the Service stays yours: your CV, your profile, your notes, and the applications produced for you. You give us only the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store that material, to send the relevant parts to our AI provider so it can be read and answered, and to send an application to the address you approve or, where you use automatic applying, to an address verified against the employer's own domain.
We do not train models on your data and we do not use it for anything except providing this Service to you.
The Service itself, its software, design and text, is ours and stays ours.
7. The AI features
The AI reads job advertisements and writes drafts. It can be wrong: it can score a good job badly, miss a bad one, or misread a posting. Read what it writes before you act on it.
It is instructed never to invent a fact about you. Every claim it makes about your experience must come from the CV document you provide, and where a posting asks for something that document does not show, it must say so rather than fill the gap. That instruction is in the code and it is described on our AI Policy page. It is a hard rule of the system, not a preference. We cannot, however, promise that a model never makes a mistake.
Who has the last word depends on the path. On the manual path, you do, on every letter. When you use automatic applying, your last word is whether a run happens at all: while a run executes, no one reads each letter before it goes, and what stands in place of that reading is the rule above, the Service's refusal to write anything without your CV document, and the limits in Section 1. A model error can therefore reach an employer. If that trade is not worth it to you, do not start runs: the Service never starts one for you. Our Privacy Policy describes how the automatic decision works and the safeguards you have.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on other providers (hosting, database, the AI model, payments, sign-in, email delivery), listed on our Subprocessors page. It also reads content published by third parties on job boards and careers pages. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they publish, and a posting disappearing or changing is not something we can prevent.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription from the billing page, or delete the account entirely. Deleting stops the Service immediately and erases your data on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
If a payment fails we will tell you and retry. If it keeps failing, the account is suspended: the Service stops producing new work, and you keep access to the panel, to your export and to deleting your account, which is the point of drawing the line there.
Abuse. If the Service is used in a way that breaks Section 3, we may suspend the account. That decision is made by a person, not by automation, and it never closes the three doors above: you can always sign in to see the state of your account, export your data and delete it. We will tell you the reason.
10. Our responsibility to you
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces the rights Danish law gives you as a consumer, and where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
We are liable for loss we cause you by failing to provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We do not limit our liability for personal injury, for anything caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: in particular, lost income, or a job you did not get. The Service helps you apply; it cannot make anyone hire you, and it does not promise to.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms, for example when the Service changes or the law does. When a change materially affects your rights we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you will be asked to accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you can cancel and, where the change takes effect inside a period you have already paid for, we refund the remainder of that period.
While a new version is pending, the Service asks you to accept it before continuing. Even then, three things stay open on that screen: exporting your data, cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Being asked to sign a new contract can never be the thing that stops you leaving.
Old versions are kept, dated, so what applied on a given day stays provable.
12. Law, and where a dispute goes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in. You may bring a case in the courts of the country where you live; we may only bring one there.
Complaints. Write to us first at maximiliano.dumont@gmail.com and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot agree, a consumer in Denmark can take a complaint to Center for Klageløsning at Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk). That body sets a minimum value for the purchase it will consider, and a subscription this size may fall below it, which we would rather say than imply a forum that would turn you away. The European Union's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not an option.
13. The whole agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the AI Policy and the Subprocessors page, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
